You can pay via:

  • GCash
  • Maya
  • Debit / Credit Card

5. Confirm Payment

METHOD 2: Pay via GCash (Direct)

No login needed

Steps:

  1. Open GCash
  2. Go to:
    • Bills → Government → PAG-IBIG
  3. Choose:
    • Membership Savings

 HOW to pay PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTION?

  

As of early 2026, the Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) contribution rate remains at 2% for employees and 2% for employers, based on a maximum monthly compensation (MC) of ₱10,000. The mandatory maximum contribution is ₱200 each per month (total ₱400), though voluntary contributions exceeding this limit are permitted.

HOW TO PAY PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTIONS (EMPLOYER – 2026)

There are ONLY 2 correct real-world methods employers use:


METHOD 1 (RECOMMENDED): Employer Online + PRN

๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿ’ป STEP 1: Log in to Employer Portal

Go to:

  • Log in using your:
    • Employer ID (ERID)
    • Username & password

๐Ÿ“Š STEP 2: Encode or Upload Employees

Inside the system:

  • Input your employees:
    • PAG-IBIG MID
    • Names
    • Monthly compensation
    • Contribution (employee + employer)

  • Encode manually
  • OR upload Excel file (if many employees)

๐Ÿงพ STEP 3: Generate PRN (Payment Reference Number)

After encoding:

  • Click Generate PRN
