This is to remind you that you have yet to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated in your Digital Certificate of Incorporation (“COI”), specifically:

That the original Certificate of Incorporation (COI) shall be released only upon presentation and submission of the copy of the Digital COI, copy of the proof of payment on the required fees and two (2) hard copies of the originally signed and authenticated or notarized of the Articles of Incorporation and/or By-laws together with all its attachments within a period of one (1) year from the date stated in the Digital COI.

As considerable time has passed, the Company Registration and Monitoring Department requests your compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain your good standing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”).

You are given thirty (30) days from receipt of this email to submit the required hard copies of your registration documents to either the Commission’s Main Office or to the Extension Office, whichever was selected during the filing of your application for registration of corporation.

Please be advised that the submission must be complete, in the required number of sets and contain wet signatures on the registration documents. Incomplete or improperly signed submission will be OUTRIGHT DENIED by the Commission’s Main Office or Extension Office.

Failure to comply with submission within the specified period may result in the AUTOMATIC REVOCATION of your Digital COI.
