AS an employer, HOW to make a PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTION? 2026
HOW TO PAY PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTIONS (EMPLOYER – 2026)
There are ONLY 2 correct real-world methods employers use:
✅ METHOD 1 (RECOMMENDED): Employer Online + PRN
๐ This is the correct and standard process today
๐ง๐ป STEP 1: Log in to Employer Portal
Go to:
๐ PAG-IBIG Employer Online Services (EPRS)

Log in using your:
- Employer ID (ERID)
- Username & password
๐ STEP 2: Encode or Upload Employees
Inside the system:

Input your employees:
- PAG-IBIG MID
- Names
- Monthly compensation
- Contribution (employee + employer)
๐ You can:
- Encode manually
- OR upload Excel file (if many employees)
๐งพ STEP 3: Generate PRN (Payment Reference Number)
After encoding:
- Click Generate PRN
- This is VERY IMPORTANT ❗
๐ PRN = proof that:
- Your employee list is recorded
- Your payment will be matched correctly
๐ณ STEP 4: Pay Using PRN (THIS is the actual payment step)
Now you pay using the PRN via:
✔️ Online Payment Options:
- GCash
- Maya
- UnionBank online
- BDO online
๐ Choose “Bills Payment → PAG-IBIG”
๐ Enter:
- PRN
- Amount
๐ฅ STEP 5: Save Receipt
- Screenshot / download payment confirmation
- Your PRN + receipt = valid proof
❗ IMPORTANT RULE
๐ NO PRN = HIGH RISK OF ERROR
If you just pay without PRN:
- Contributions may NOT be posted to employees
- You’ll have reconciliation problems later
✅ METHOD 2: Over-the-Counter (Backup only)
If you don’t want online:
- Fill up RF-1 form (Employer Remittance Form)

Go to:
- PAG-IBIG branch
- Accredited bank
- Pay manually

๐ Contribution Reminder (2026)
Most updated practice:
- Employee: 2%
- Employer: 2%
- Salary cap: ₱10,000
๐ Max:
- Employee = ₱200
- Employer = ₱200
- Total = ₱400
⏰ Due Date
๐ On or before the 10th of next month
Example:
- January → Due Feb 10
