HOW TO CLOSE A BUSINESS?
Go to ORUS > Update Information > Closure of Business. The webpage will show you agad what you'll initially need to close your business. Pero sa totoo lang, you'll need to have all your tax files ready. Just in case lang may hingin sila-- like past tax returns, email confirmations, books, invoices. Depende siya if the officer wants to audit you or not.
